SOPURE®

SOPURE® is a metal capsule suitable for packaging various foods, but mainly used for the baby food sector, specifically homogenized food. The capsule turns out to be particularly innovative, as it is equipped with a liner, which facilitates its closing and reopening, free of PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) and plasticizers (phthalates, adipates, epoxidized soybean oil).

The PVC-free liner, developed by Pelliconi, is derived from a blend of thermoplastic elastomers, polyolefins and additives that make SOPURE® suitable for different types of production processes such as pasteurization and sterilization.

The fact that the capsule comes with a PVC-free liner is an interesting innovation, as it ensures a significant reduction in the release of substances into the food that could be harmful to the consumer's health.
